Uhhhhhh

My sleep cycle is terrible right now. I wish I knew how to fix it. It is so hard to get over with working during the day. I took a nap today after getting my car fixed and it turned in to a 9 hour nap :( great I will be up all night now. If you want to talk send me a message.

  1. I just suggested Ambien or Ambien CR to my friend on facebook. She called two days ago to get the script from her dr and she slept like a charm. ALSO..for a non prescription item go to the vitamins and get a bottle of Melatonin. It works ok.. my son has used it(at the suggestion of his ped) and it worked wonders! Good look..and been there done that.
